# 如果你是小白建议全卸载IDEA

问题1：按教程配置后双击应用无反应

配置插件的时候，你放置插件的位置和路径是一致的，且要是英文的路径。就像下面截图这样！

如果你配置错误的话，是无法重启IDE的，这个时候了。

windows的都是在这个路径里，提示：AppData是一个隐藏文件夹 。 哈,可以在文件管理中输入找到对应版本的配置

像macOS系统的话，一般是这样的，找到这个文件后删除有配置:-javaagent的路径。哈

检查agent配置路径，确保路径正确，如果确认路径没有问题无法打开,则先去掉agent，正常打开后，参考下面

问题2：点击Test Connection，出现No response

img.png确认vmoptions文件中添加的jar地址路径和你下载到本地文件路径一致。确认编辑好配置文件后，重启了软件。idea启动时会指定，比如windows 在%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrains对应版本下后缀名为的文件。 可以先去掉 然后 在idea内部编辑 Help->Edit Customer VM Options 。

部分同学可能已经不能正常打开idea，可以尝试到 在%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrains对应版本下直接改后缀名为的文件，然后重启激活。

问题3：

同问题2，点击点击Test Connection，出现No response，则参考第二步解决。

URL错误，确认从群里面拷贝的激活链接。

问题5：Key is invalid Help

一般就是你之前破解过了，这个时候你要打开xxx.exe.vmoptions这个文件，把你之前配置过的，一般是最后一条，删了就好了。这个文件像windows的话，都是在这里的，看截图：

像macOS系统的话，一般是这样的，找到这个文件后删除有配置:-javaagent的路径。

然后再重启IDE，这样再次输入激活码就不会出现：Key is invalid Help 的错误了。

问题6：Cannot obtain ticket from http:/arcstack.top/?token=XXX dueto connectivity problem: Remote callfailed: Moved Permanently

agent路径没有生效，参考生效方式

（通用）解决方式

先检查是否是的大版本，如果不是，请下载以上的版本,[2019～2021]和[2022～Latest]使用agent不同， 【2022～Latest】 使用jetbrains-agent.jar;【2019～2021】 使用jetbrains-agent-legacy.jar;

vmoptions文件中添加的激活jar地址路径是否和你本地文件路径一致;

检查方法：拷贝 打开文件夹输入拷贝的地址

如果报错

即证明地址写错需要重新检查自己的文件地址;

激活链接是否存在空格等多余字符;

版本和路径都没有问题，请保证是先好vmoptions文件后，再启动软件;如果不确定可以关闭软件重新启动再次激活;

以上都没问题的话,就先去掉那一行配置(注意系统盘里面有同名配置一定要一起去掉) 然后 选择试用

试用需要注册一个jetbrains账号

试用进入后,Help->Edit Customer VM Options;

输入本地agent目录,保存后重启软件再激活;

成功后出现安装插件打开失败的情况以Win系统IDEA为例,在windows资源管理地址栏:%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrainsIntelliJIdea2023.1plugins,找到对应插件文件夹删除后,重新打开即可。

如果之前安装过一些(需要安装脚本的)，或者 请自行卸载干净， 如果不确定可以将本地 ， 两个目录对应版本路径删除，重试激活步骤 。

如果上述操作还不能激活（之前安装过VB脚本的，需要卸载掉）参考完全卸载IDEA

# JetBrains启动优先级配置

windows 在%USERPROFILE%AppDataRoamingJetBrains对应版本下后缀名为的文件

MacOSX平台下通过日志文件可以看到

启动时先读取bin目录下的：/Applications/IntelliJ IDEA.app/Contents/bin/idea.vmoptions

相当于还是优先从${idea.home.path}的bin目录下加载了idea.vmoptions

再读取(就是idea内部菜单编辑的自定义配置文件)：

-Djb.vmOptionsFile= /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2023.1/idea.vmoptions

这里的配置会跟前面读取的合并，通过jvm参数可以看到

MacOSX平台下的缺省值：

idea.config.path = /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2023.1

idea.log.path = /Users/xxxx/Library/Logs/JetBrains/IntelliJIdea2023.1

如果之前有使用过激活过，本地会有缓存，直接找对应的用户缓存目录下 对应idea版本删除

C:UsersAdministratorAppDataRoamingJetBrainsIntelliJIdea2023.1 下面对应的文件全部删除
